We’ve used our program for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The Gym has more training space than any other in Savannah.  One large warehouse.  No mirrors. No AC. No TVs. No distractions.  Just really fit people working really hard.
 
The Coaches combine 3 Masters degrees with 30 years of teaching and coaching experience ranging from professional baseball and football players to eldery stroke and cardiac patients and school aged kids.  All Coaches are certified Crossfit Level 1 or Level 2 plus additional specialty certifications.
