Suzanne Maiggioni - Director of Nutrition Education, Crossfit Level 1
Suzanne has been a member of Crossfit Hyperformance since early 2009. Having spent a number of years in ballet, it was clear when it was time to stop that she needed something big to take it’s place. Like so many others, she tried to find a niche in the traditional gym setting, but nothing ever felt quite right until she found Crossfit. Even after the very first workout, she knew she would be hooked. She appreciates the physical and mental challenges of Crossfit, getting to see and experience the positive changes that overcoming those obstacles brings about in all aspects of life, and loves being a part of and growing with this great community of athletes. Suzanne is also a bit of a science geek, and her time spent in college studying biology combined with her experiences here at CFHP have sparked in her a passion for understanding human physiology and the links between sound nutrition and athletic performance. She is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge base and expertise in the coming years.

Jennifer McKenzie, MS, ACSM, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Olympic Lift, Crossfit Kids
Jennifer discovered Crossfit in the Spring of 2006 when some Army Rangers did a few very interesting workouts in the Ft. McPherson gym in Atlanta, Ga. As a wellness coach, personal trainer, fitness director, and clinical exercise specialist she was immersed in an industry that valued quick fixes and a minimalist attitude toward exercise. CrossFit changed her perspective to view training and exercise as a tool to unleash the genetic potential of each individual. Her goal is to incite a paradigm shift away from that which places value on aesthetics, body weight, and trendiness to an build a community of athletes that train for maximum physical and emotional benefit.
Jennifer is a Level 2 CrossFit Certified Trainer and Crossfit Olympic lift certified. She maintains her Clinical Exercise Specialist certification through ACSM.
Austin Behle - CrossFit Level 1 Certified
As a former Army Ranger, Austin caught on to the hard work of Crossfit very quickly. He became one of the gym's first athletes to take on the challenge of coaching. Austin is great at many aspects of Crossfit, but he is a master of the pull-up and currently holds the gym record in many benchmark wods including Fran and heavy FGB. Austin's never quit attitude makes him a wonderful addition to the coaching staff. Austin is really excited about becoming Crossfit Kids certified, so that we may start some kids classes.
