WOD Classes
(Current Athletes who have completed Elements, 1st-timers see below)Workout of the Day - we start with the CrossFit HP warmup (a workout in itself), then spend a little time on form and technique for the day's workout. Then we say 3-2-1-Go and let you blast through it. We coach you all the way - providing feedback on form and a lot of motivation.
Monday - 6:30 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 5pm, 6pm
Tuesday - 6:30 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 5pm, 6pm
Wednesday - 6:30 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday - 6:30 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 5pm, 6pm
Friday - 6:30 am, 10 am, 4 pm, 5pm, 6pm
Saturday - 9 am and 10 am

First Timer Workouts
In order to maintain the highest standard of coaching for our current paying members we do not allow visitors to try a class for free. If you are curious about our facility and the classes we hold we encourage you to stop by and watch all the classes you want. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have either before or after the classes.
We offer First-timer workouts on Wednesdays at 4:30pm and Saturdays at 9am. The cost is $15 per class and is repeatable. An alternate time may be arranged by contacting us.
We do welcome out-of-town visitors who are members of other affiliates.
Element Series
Part I - Mondays and Fridays 4:30 - 6:30

Rates
CrossFit Unlimited: $150/mo
CrossFit Limited (3 WODs a week): $125/mo
Drop-in rate: $15/class
Ask for military/PD/FD rates.
Family rate: 2nd member is 1/2 off when signing up and paying together.
