CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that uses constantly varied, intense workouts to yield performance-based results. Used by military units, fire and police departments, olymipic athletes, high school students, and grandmas alike CrossFit delivers the broad, general, and functional Fitness that life demands.
CrossFit Hyperformance is Savannah's first official CrossFit affiliate. We are a community of athletes (whether you consider yourself athletic or not) and coaches who strive to be in the best shape of their life. Our workouts are short and intense, require full concentration, and put the big box gyms and pay per hour personal trainers to shame. There are no mirrors, televisions, or magazines. Inside our walls you will find people who train like their life depends on it. We use CrossFit Headquaters Workout of the Day (WOD) which can crush the fittest of the fit, but can also be scaled to provide just the right amount of challenge to improve anyone's fitness level.
