| World Class Coaching in 100 Words
I am a world class coach. I See to it that you master those movements life requires. I use squats, deadlifts, pushes, presses, and pulls in many different combinations. I train your heart and lungs to run, jump, row, bike, and swim hard and fast. I train your muscles to lift large loads over long distances quickly. I train your mind to see challenges as opportunities for improvement and train your spirit to push through the quit. I will give you the feedback you need to make the most of your potential. My tools are a whiteboard and a stopwatch. I say 3-2-1-Go. |

Jennifer McKenzie, MS, ACSM Jennifer discovered Crossfit in the Spring of 2006 when some Army Rangers did a few very interesting workouts in the Ft. McPherson gym in Atlanta, Ga. As a wellness coach, personal trainer, fitness director, and clinical exercise specialist she was immersed in an industry that valued quick fixes and a minimalist attitude toward exercise. CrossFit changed her perspective to view training and exercise as a tool to unleash the genetic potential of each individual. Her goal is to incite a paradigm shift away from that which places value on aesthetics, body weight, and trendiness to an build a community of athletes that train for maximum physical and emotional benefit. Jennifer is a Level 1 CrossFit Certified Trainer and maintains her Clinical Exercise Specialist certification through ACSM, When she isn't in the gym Jennifer enjoys playing around in the kitchen, goofing off with her family, trying new restaurants, or just hanging out with a nice glass of wine. |
