Look at what Crossfit can do

This is Anthony is 2010.  Yeah I hardly recognized him.  If you look at Anthony today, you can really tell what hard work does... makes you limitless.

 This is Anthony at Regionals last year.  He actually has shoulders.  WOW!

MOD: 15 Min
Even Minutes 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean
Odd Minutes 2 HSPU


WOD:
25-20-15-10
BB OHS
Ring Rows
BB SDHP
Box Jumps

These movements are barbell (BB) only.  The idea is to go fast.  If OHS is not in the cards then perform a BB THRUSTER.
