Gotta post early. Some QVC special I have to watch.



Here is the pic from the Loredo WOD.  Thanks to all who participated.  Some folks had to leave early, so this is actually only about 3/4 of the group.


MOD:
Deadlift
Work to a 5RM,
then do 2 x 3 @ 90% of what you lifted (technique trumps weight)

Also
3 x max strict CHIN ups


WOD:
50 Air Squats
25 HR Push-ups
3 Clean and Jerk (155/105)
40 Air Squats
20 HR Push-ups
3 Clean and Jerk
30 Air Squats
15 HR Push-ups
3 Clean and Jerk
