Deadlift
Work to a 5RM,
then do 2 x 3 @ 90% of what you lifted (technique trumps weight)

3 Clean and Jerk (155/105)
40 Air Squats
20 HR Push-ups
3 Clean and Jerk
30 Air Squats
15 HR Push-ups
3 Clean and Jerk
