MOD: 3 RM Power Clean (must be touch and go)

WOD:
21-15-9
Deadlifts (at about 50-60% 1RM)
Burpees


Rest a little while

Then

3 Rounds
20 Sit-ups
20 Ring Rows
20 Push Press (must go unbroken, but the weight is your choice)


you will get two scores for today's WOD
