Deadlifts (at about 50-60% 1RM)
Burpees
Rest a little while
Then
3 Rounds
20 Sit-ups
20 Ring Rows
20 Push Press (must go unbroken, but the weight is your choice)
you will get two scores for today's WOD

Aww shoot, I missed the deadlifts this morning BUT I also missed the burpees. :)
