Starting with an obstacle course warm-up then a workout that is just as fun.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 minutes:
100m Run
50 ft. Burpee Long Jumps
50 ft. Walking Lunges
No classes this Saturday...cheer on your fellow athletes as they take on the World Wide WOD.

Chris! That is an amazing video. I am so proud that you got SCPS onto the Crossfit main site. My daughter is in first grade there and she will be so excited to see this video. When I ask her what she did at school today, I love it when she says, "We did 3 rounds," and she is excited about it. Also, I have to apologize that I did not say "Hello" to you the last 3-4 times I've seen you. Your body has changed so much that I literally did not recognize you. Keep up the awesome work!
