MOD: Warm up and Go...
WOD: "Eva" lite
3 Rounds for time
Run 800 m
30 KB Swings (70/53)
30 Pullups
35 minute cap.
If you finish 3 Rounds as Rx'd in under 35 minutes, you may continue to do a full Eva (5 Rounds).
Then come on out to Hutchenson Island in the afternoon and have a go at the dirty little obstacle course Drew put together (including monkey bars and rolling the atlas stone up a hill). Time to beat is 8 min and change and I know that some of you can do it.
Carpe December Finale

I want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone that participated in the 4 week challenge - if it was every day or one day. I hope it gave you something new and exciting each day before Christmas. The goal was to keep you from drifting too far away from the good habits you developed in the last few months. Make these last few days fun, restful, and reflective. Then we'll start it off fresh in 2013! I'm so proud of all of you.
