My fellow Crossfitters: as you all know by now our team went down to West Palm and represented you well (with only 5 people might we add). The above picture was taken days before the competition and this is the heaviest that Kyle had ever gotten. ON the day of the WOD at West Palm (Row 1000, 25 Pistols, and 15 Hang Cleans) Kyle decided it would be a good idea to get 10 hang power cleans at 225. Yeah that is 10 reps at a weight 20lbs OVER his PR. Awesome. Even though I only got to watch our team for a little bit (the teams I judged actually wanted me to pay attention) they made me very proud. They should make you very proud as well. 358 days and counting until the 2013 Regionals. Will you be ready? Use each day as an opportunity to improve. Use each day to truly understand what Kyle found out during Regionals: YOU ARE LIMITLESS. The only boundaries that you have are self imposed.
