Only 4 spots left in tonight's 5:30 class.  Sign in to reserve your spot AND come on time to keep it.

New class times: 6:30, 7:30, 10:30, 11:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30
Saturday Schedule - Saturdays are getting a makeover too.  Starting this Saturday there will be an 8am Members only class.  The 9am and 10an will continue to be Open House (free) classes until the end of April.  Starting May 5th these classes will also become Members-only and our regulate rates will apply. 

11 am is team training for regionals (invite only) for the next two weeks.

Starting May 5th the Saturday Schedule will go like this:
8am Intermediate/Advanced
9am Beginner/Intermediate
10 am Welcome WOD (new athletes and beginners) and Instructor Training

Look for a post explaining class levels soon.


WOD:
**Keep the same weight throughout the round
3-5 Rounds Depending on Level
2 Power Cleans
10 TTB
4 Front Squats
10 MB Sit-ups
6 Push Press
10 TTB
8 Deadlifts
10 MB Sit-ups
