Ladies, join Becca tonight at 7:30 (new time) for an awesome good time. Whether you love iron or are totally scared of the barbell then this is for you. Each week Becca focus's on one movement, giving you an opportunity to really hone your skills (if you are new) or really get heavy (if you've got skills). This week the focus is the snatch.

Partner Relay - In teams of 3,
4 rounds for time:
250 m Row
10 Pistols
10 Hang Power Cleans (185/115/95/65)
Partner A starts on the Row. When A is done he/she moves to the pistols and Partner B can start on the row. When both Partner B finishes the row and partner A finishes the pistols, then Partner C starts the row and the other 2 advance. All three teammates must finish the movement before the team rotates.
