Movements 101, 102, and 103 are now a mandatory pre-requisite for any new athlete before joining weekday group classees.

Re: Tybee 5k. I spoke w fleet feet, packet pickup CAN be done morning of race (Saturday) at lighthouse. (5k rave start) Trollies will take peeps from ocean plaza to light house.

motivation is :getting smoked by people who scaled up the workout you did. THANK YOU PEOPLE WHO CRUSHED the fithy fifty scaled version....you are an inspiration....a very annoying inspiration
