Movements 101, 102, and 103 are now a mandatory pre-requisite for any new athlete before joining weekday group classees.

Here chipper chipper

We are very proud of our guys who competed this weekend. You all did CFHP a great service. You should take the day off. The following WOD may look familiar.


MOD:
Shoulder Press 3-3-3

WOD:
2 Rounds
10 Ground to Overhead Anyhow (135/95)
20 Sit-ups
Run 800m
10 KB Swings (70/53)
20 Burpees
Run 800m

The run on this WOD was the great equalizer! Brandon Phillips was power snatching the #135...it was awesome to watch! Sub 20 is an awesome time on this one.

deja vu! the burpees into the WOD are the killer. the craziest part about this WOD was the speed that some of these guys were running. it was unreal, wide open.
