The run on this WOD was the great equalizer! Brandon Phillips was power snatching the #135...it was awesome to watch! Sub 20 is an awesome time on this one.

deja vu! the burpees into the WOD are the killer. the craziest part about this WOD was the speed that some of these guys were running. it was unreal, wide open.
FEELING CHIPPER ALL DAY LONG. mostly in my quads
