Movements 101, 102, and 103 are now a mandatory pre-requisite for any new athlete before joining weekday group classees.

Court looking really serious on those med ball sit-ups slams. Seriously, the Crossfit Games are NEXT WEEKEND! Bob and I leave on Thursday so watch for the class schedule to change a little bit. For those of you that have been with us for the last couple of months, you know how much this means for our gym. For those of you who don't know...ya better ask somebody.
