Movements 101, 102, and 103 are now a mandatory pre-requisite for any new athlete before joining weekday group classees.

Got a chance to see Suzanne in action yesterday morning at the 10am class. She is doing great and absolutley crushing the WODs. Sorry about your hands everybody, but... we needed to pull-up.
