Everyone is invited to join us for Free Open House workouts, every Saturday morning at 9am, 10am, and 11am.

Movements 101, 102, and 103 are now a mandatory pre-requisite for any new athlete before joining weekday group classees.

Chris in great position for the start of his overhead squats. Congrats to Camilla who completed her Crossfit Level 1 cert in Atlanta this past weekend. Her group shot is on the Crossfit Mainsite today. Scroll all the way to the bottom. She is on the left hand side. Nice!
